Try one of these practices this week:

Name what you feel without judgment. Sad tired anxious annoyed. That’s enough.

Write it down then release it. Burn it tear it or toss it.

Move your body gently. Shake dance stretch walk.

Practice one simple forgiveness. Yourself or someone else. Just a start.
